Terms of Service

Effective September 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Lunaris launcher, your Lunaris account, Lunaris Lite, and Lunaris DLC (together, "Lunaris"). By downloading, installing, or logging into Lunaris you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Lunaris.

2. What you're getting

Lunaris Lite is a free client-side injector. Lunaris DLC is a full Fabric mod, provided under a time-limited license key bound to one device. Neither is affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for anything done through your account.
• One account per person. Don't share logins.
• We can suspend or terminate an account used to abuse the service (e.g. requesting more than one free key, chargeback fraud, attacking the license servers).

4. Licenses and devices

A Lunaris DLC license is bound to a single device, identified by a hardware ID generated the first time you launch the mod. You can move your license to a new device yourself from the dashboard, once every 30 days. Need it sooner? Contact support — see section 8.

5. Price and free keys

Lunaris DLC is free forever: a 30-day license key is e-mailed on request, one per e-mail address. Requesting keys for multiple addresses to bypass the one-per-person limit is a violation of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't redistribute, resell, leak, or share your license, your account, or the mod's files.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the license/anti-tamper checks.
• Don't use Lunaris to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any server, service, or other player's account.
• Use on any given Minecraft server is subject to that server's own rules. Lunaris does not guarantee any server will allow client mods, and we take no responsibility for bans, kicks, or other moderation action taken against you there.

7. No warranty

Lunaris is provided "as is." We maintain it and push updates in good faith, but we don't control third-party anti-cheat systems, server moderation, or Minecraft/Mojang updates that may break compatibility. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for bans, lost items, lost progress, or other indirect damages arising from your use of Lunaris.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, without a refund where DLC is a paid product at that time. You can stop using Lunaris and delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes (like introducing a price) will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use Lunaris after an update means you accept the new terms.
